Talk about hitting a high note. We are beyond proud to announce that 59 talented Bossier Parish students earned a coveted spot in the 2024-25 Louisiana All-State Band, Choir or Guitar Ensemble.
These exceptional students participated in a four-day clinic with highly renowned directors from across the country to prepare for their All-State performances in New Orleans, January 16-19. Needless to say, this immersive experience was an unforgettable one.
A special shout-out to senior Darick Harris from Haughton High School, who made history by becoming first chair flute for the past three years, marking him as one of the finest high school flutists Louisiana has ever seen. More photos can be viewed here.
Bossier Schools applauds these outstanding musicians and their remarkable achievements.
