Records Request

The Student Services Department maintains official records for former students who attended or graduated from a Bossier Parish School before 2001.  To request an OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT, mail a transcript request form, along with a $5.00 money order to:

**All records for students who attended or graduated between 2001 and the present are maintained at the schools.
