OnCourse Connect is a secure online portal that links students and parents to important information such as grades, transcripts, attendance, messaging, and more. Check this portal daily for current information related to your child's education.

Important: At the beginning of the school year, some information (like your child’s schedule) may not be visible until the school year is underway.

How do I update my username, email address, or password?|
To change your username, email address, or password, click on settings on the left hand side of the portal.

I initially logged in and changed my password but now I’ve forgotten it.

  1. Return to the OnCourse Connect login screen

  2. Click the Forgot password? link

Where do I click to view my other children?|
Click the arrow under your child's picture in the top left of your portal and choose a different child’s name.

Some of my children are missing from my portal's student list!
If one or more of your children are missing from the student list on the top left of your portal, submit the following form: Bossier Schools Parent Technology Support.

How can additional parents be granted access to help support my child's learning?
After logging into the portal, click the “View Contacts” link in the Student Info box on the Dashboard. A list of parents/guardians who already have access will display.

If additional parents/stepparents/guardians need to be provided access, they can be added during online registration. Simply add the person on that form and check the Allow Portal Access option.
